F-1600 Triplex Piston Mud Pump

F-1600 pump is advanced in structural design, reliable in use, easy in maintenance, compact in occupying space, yet deliver high pressure and volumes as required during drilling. Therefore, F-1600 mud pump is widely used in oil and gas exploration and development.mud pump

 

F-1600 pump is rated at longer stroke length and relatively low strokes per minute, thus it  improves the suction performance and increase the life of the fluid end assembly parts. It can also meet drilling process requirements for high pump pressure and large displacement in oilfields.

 

F-1300 mud pump has a max. pressure of 30.50 Mpa, a max. displacement of 46.54 L/S with a liner of 180mm dia, F-1600 pump has a max. pressure of 34.34 Mpa, a max. displacement of 46.54 L/S with a liner of 180mm dia. These two models are first choice for medium and deep drilling rig to increase penetration rate and reduce driller’s labour intensity.

 

F-series mud pump consists mainly of fluid end assembly, power end, lubricating system. spraying system and charging system.

 

Fluid ends, liners, pistons, valves and seats, valve covers and cylinder heads at the fluid end assembly of F-1300 and F-1600 mud pumps are interchangeable.

 

Power end and fluid end features:

l       Long stroke length and low strokes per minute provide a long service life and low cost.

l       Herringbone gear provides smooth operation and high bearing capacity.

l       Pinion shaft is made of integral steel forgings to provide optimum rigidity and high strength.

l       Crankshaft is made of alloy steel.

l       Renewable crosshead guides.

l       Frame is made of steel plates by welding to provide a strong, rigid and lightweight frame structure.

l       Splash lubricating system and pressure lubricating system.

l       Positive piloted flanges connect crossheads, extension rods and piston rods, thus eliminating crosshead threads connection and providing the best alignment of rods with center lines of frame holes. Clamp type coupling provides quick disconnect between extension rod and piston rod.

l       The fluid from each cylinder is discharged through individual ports into a common manifold, thus the valves are not exposed to cross flow from discharge of adjacent cylinders. Suction dampener is placed inside the suction manifold to obtain optimum dampening effect. Strainer is fitted at the discharge manifold.

 

Besides, F-1300/1600 mudpumps have the following features:

l       Th liner can be assembled and disassembled from a position above the frame.

l       The pumps are equipped with hanger and tools including small hoist, chain hoist etc. to provide easy assembly and disassembly.
