It is made of bimetal: outside liner is high quality carbon steel, inside liner is high-carbon high-chromium alloy cast iron which is processed by high temperature quencher and low temperature temper and its degree of hardness is HRC60~65. In order to improve abrasion resisting properties, reduce the abrasion to internal surface, decrease the friction coefficient, inside surface which is processed by grinding is as smooth as mirror. The decades of being used proves that the useful time of bimetallic cylinder liner has achieved 700 to 800 hours, which is 1.3 to 1.5 times of the same products produced by other manufacturers, and totally suitable for high-pressure drilling operation. All technique has fitted the standard of SY5064 and API7K. Now it covers more than 50 varieties and 300 specifications. It is not only sold well in every oilfield in China, but also exported to US, Canada, Middle East and so on.

 

 

Ceramic Liner:

The ceramic liners can not only adapt to some tough environment such as deep oil reservoir, hard stratum and severe earthiness, but also can be used for offshore oil and natural gas exploitation.

Compared with Bi-metal liner, the service life of HCceramic liner is 5-10 times higher. Its maximum and minimum service life can reach more than 4000 and 2000 hours respectively.

The Zirconia ceramic liner which has used the phase transformation toughen technology has various advantages such as wear-resistance, erosion-resistance, high-pressure-resistance, high strength and high hardness.

The cost of shipment, maintenance, labor and storage in the drilling works can be reduced.

Compared with the Alumina liners, the Zirconia liners have better toughness properties and longer service life. It can also reduce piston wear and water consumption for lubrication.
